RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We provide return and exchange for all regular priced items. Please take note of the following in order for your orders to be valid for a return.
  • Returns must be in their original conditions received, packed in the original transparent packaging, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented, with all tags intact and purchased directly first-hand from www.playdress.co only in order to be eligible for return.

  • Sale items are strictly not returnable and exchangeable.

  • All returns must be sent back with the enclosed Return Form, filled in and endorsed accordingly. We reserve the rights to reject any returns with no Return Form enclosed or any unendorsed forms. In the event that you have misplaced the form, please email us at info@p7group.co to request for a copy within the stipulated return timeframe.

  • You can choose two methods of return - mail or drop-off in-store

  1. If you choose to return by mail, you are encouraged to mail your return back via a trackable source such as SingPost's registered mail or courier; and must reach us within 10 working days for local orders or 20 working days for international orders, from the date you receive your item. We will not be liable for any lost returns that are not mailed back via a trackable source. The return will not be valid if we do not receive your parcel and there will also be no compensation for any lost mails. All return postage fee will be borne by you. 

  2. If you choose to drop-off in-store, you can only drop-off your returns to our Bugis Junction store as of now. You can find the location to the store here.

  • Drop us an email once you have made your returns. We will contact you through email to follow up on any exchange process once we receive your return parcel.

Incorrect or Defective Items
In the case where you receive an incorrect or defective item, please email us at info@p7group.co within 7 days from the shipped date. You will need to provide us with the followings:

We will contact you through email to follow up on the exchange process once we have verified your purchase. We regret to inform that we will not be able to accept any return/exchange of the defective item if we are not notified within the stipulated timeframe. Any forms of wear and tear or damage caused to the product after wearing/washing is not considered a defect and will not be liable for any returns, exchange or refunds.
